Result of AGM and Directorate Changes

Deal Group Media plc, a leading independent online marketing group, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 6 June 2006 all the resolutions proposed were duly passed unanimously.

The Board has appointed Andrew Dickson as Chief Executive Officer. Adrian Moss has stepped down from the Board as Chief Executive Officer and will continue to serve as Non-Executive Director providing strategic advice on expansion opportunities.
